Base Films was formed in 2010 by Director of Photography, Sean Carswell and quickly developed a reputation for being quick and nimble while maintaining a high quality production standard.

One of the key points for the company is being early to productions and helping shape visual styles. With Sean's background of both news and TV drama it means Base is able to understand the editorial requirements of a concept while being able to bring a big screen feel to his collaborations.

We provide TV crews, Drone Pilots, Minicams Specialists, Camera Tracking solutions, ( inside and out ), as well as Sound Recordists, Camera Assistants and Lighting Teams. Or if you prefer a small intimate team, we do that too.
